HSFC - Meet the Team - Krystal Burnett

HSFC – Meet the team – Q&As with Krystal Burnett

Harley Street Fertility Clinic (HSFC) offers comprehensive assistance to couples who are not able to conceive on their own, through a range of treatments.

They understand that this can often be a very daunting and challenging time for couples, which is why the HSFC team focus on making the clinic as open and welcoming as they possibly can. The expert team is always on hand to offer advice and care for every single person that walks through the door.

And the team want YOU to get to know them a little bit better and so over the next few weeks we will be going over some questions and answers with certain people at HSFC.

What is your role at HSFC and what does that involve?

"I am the office supervisor and that involves me looking after the administrative side of the clinic."

How long have you worked at the clinic?

"Almost three years."

What has surprised you most about working at the clinic?

"How emotional, as a staff member, we all get overseeing these women’s treatments."

What do you find most challenging about working at HSFC?

"Since the clinic is growing so rapidly, how quickly I am running out of space in the filing cabinet for patient files."

What is the best thing to have happened to you whilst working here?

"When patients compliment not only Dr Venkat for all her hard work, but also the nurses and administrative staff."

What do you do at the weekends to relax?

"Honestly, I like to be lazy."

Did you always want to go into the health industry when you were younger?

"I remember being nine years old and wanting to be a flight attendant so I could travel the world."

Where is your favourite place to go on holiday and why?

"It is a toss-up between Los Angeles because it’s where I am from and Italy because it is beautiful and the food is amazing."

Tell us an embarrassing fact/story about you?

"I can’t think of one at the moment."

If you were stuck on a desert island, who from the clinic would you want to be trapped with and why?

"My husband, Suvir."
