Jo Hegarty holds a BSc in Applied Psychology, complemented by a PostGraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. She is committed to ongoing Core Professional Development as recommended by professional bodies. Her areas of special interest include women's issues, particularly infertility, and Narcissism/Echoism. With extensive experience in both the voluntary sector and NHS IAPT teams, Jo has a broad expertise covering relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, workplace challenges, and caring for elderly parents.

Jo adopts an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, drawing from various methods based on the client's needs.
