Our patients' fertility journeys are all unique. Just like our patients. Although we love to guide them all the way through their journeys, sometimes this is not possible. What makes our HSFC family special is that we are happy to help, even when we don't witness the whole journey, but just parts of it...
One of our patients sent us the email below. Our hearts burst with pride and joy.
"Dear Dr. Venkat,
I was a patient of yours a little over a year ago, and I am just writing to update you on what has happened since.
As you may recall, we were about to go to Nairobi to work there for a period of time. We proceeded with this plan and continued to take the clomid you prescribed us.
After 3 months, we did a semen analysis and found sperm!
6 million of them!
We decided to try ICSI in Nairobi in May last year and got two embryos transferred.
The pregnancy result was positive, and one embryo made it.
In March 2022, we received the greatest gift - our little baby girl!
She's beautiful, she's a miracle.
I am writing to just thank you so much for being the right person at the time of need. Our situation was complicated and there was little hope, but you remained positive and hopeful, and that helped a great deal.
We are forever grateful for the advice you gave us and for helping many people like us, achieve miracles.
