Fertility Awareness Week - Day 5: "Infertility is a lonely experience"
Fertility Network UK says that “infertility can be a lonely experience: too many people struggle in silence when talking about what you are facing can make a big difference.”
We agree with this statement. Too many people struggle in silence. If it’s South-Asian culture, for whom fertility is still a taboo subject, single women in their 40s who are considering solo-parenting, or men in same-sex relationship thinking of using surrogacy, no one should feel lonely in their fertility journey.
We feel privileged to have helped thousands of patients have their families and become part of our HSFC family. By reading their stories, we hope that you can feel inspired to take the next steps in becoming part of our HSFC family.
1 in 5 patients have fertility issues. But we are here, to help you using our outstanding expertise in a state-of-the-art clinic, to make you feel valued, and listened to, to support you all the way through your fertility journey. If you are not in this position, we ask you to take the time and have 10 minutes of your day and educate yourself. You never know when you might need to help a friend in need. Because we are the HSFC family, the 5/5 family that helps 1/5.
