With the positive news that fertility clinics can reopen once the lockdown is released, our team has been working hard to ensure we have everything in place to welcome our existing patients as well as new patients looking to start fertility treatments.
Until we will be able to see patients in our clinic, we will open our doors virtually. Our team of fertility specialists will be conducting webinars on how we plan to start offering our services and all the measures that we are adopting to ensure we provide these services in the safest environment for you.
The webinars will be split into 2 sessions, over 2 consecutive weeks.
Session 1 - new patients - 15/05/2020 19:30 (BST)
This information session is designed for potential new patients to discuss the “new normal” for fertility check-ups and treatment. Your mental health and physical wellbeing are our top priorities and we are implementing a number of safety procedures and protocols, starting with more virtual sessions. This session will explain how we are planning to continue a more "remote-medicine” based model, i.e. consultations and other appointments that do not require physical examination/contact with a patient will be performed remotely in order to minimise risk to you and our staff.
Session 2 - current patients - 22/05/2020 19:30 (BST)
Information session for current patients (and potential patients considering having treatment with us) discussing the “new patient pathway”. This session will explain what treatments we are planning to start with and why, the revised patient pathway to minimise risk to patients and staff, supporting our patients while protecting their health. At Harley Street Fertility Clinic, we have some of the highest success rates in the country by always providing highly individualised treatment best suited for your unique needs and the best personal care.
